At Mabel Ottawa, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after physically receiving the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return via info@mabel-ottawa.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and approved in terms of condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
